The Mylne Trust
Themylne Trust exists “for the benefit of persons of either sex who are, or have been, engaged in evangelistic work, including retired missionaries or missionaries still engaged as such or continuing Christian workers”.Under this description, grants are awarded to individuals towards their personal living expenses in undertaking Christian outreach projects, for periods of training for Christian ministry and outreach and to retired persons whose lives have included Christian evangelistic work. Under the terms of its original endowment, the trust is only permitted to support Christian workers from Protestant denominations.The Mylne Trust

Kingston Christian Agencies Meeting
Click on the picture to see more photos from the day Last Friday was the 2nd meeting of the Kingston Christian Agencies in the Kingston & Wimbledon YMCA. It was a good meeting during which we were able to meet, mingle and exchange contacts and ideas as well as recapping the notes from the last meeting and distributing the draft KCA (Kingston Christian Agencies) booklet (see below). This booklet will be sent out formally to churches through the Churches Together Networks in Kingston, New Malden, Chessington and Surbiton in the next few weeks. The focus of the meeting was to explore the needs in the Borough from a variety of perspectives. You can read the notes from the meeting by clicking the link below. The next meeting is booked for 2nd May 2008@ 10.30am at this meeting we are to explore areas where we could overlap including: News & Events Communication, Volunteer and Paid Staff Recruitment, Raising and sharing Prayer Needs and opportunities and finally Delivering and Sharing Training Needs and opportunities.
